The right action levers, at the right time, in each store! Our mission is to help retailers gain a few points of turnover by helping each store to progress towards a higher level of performance, thanks to a better use of data and best practices. To do this, we have co-constructed with more than 60 Regional Managers, Kaptain Charlie, the virtual coach that helps store managers take the right initiatives at the right time. Connected to the sales data, and using an ultra simple interface, Kaptain Charlie will analyze the situation of each point of sale, in order to support it on a daily basis. It has 3 main missions: - To detect and notify each store manager of the priority areas on which he must act to maximize the performance of his point of sale. - To assist the store manager in identifying the causes of underperformance - To recommend concrete action levers to be put in place
