Reach Up is a unique network engagement platform for large retail chains. Used across an entire network, its goal is to quickly boost sales by challenging teams daily to achieve various objectives (e.g., selling a set amount of new collection products, reaching an average basket size of €x, increasing the loyalty customer base by x/day, or maximizing sales in a specific product category).
Reach Up also incorporates gamification and friendly competition, as each store can compare its performance in real time against other stores within the group. This allows teams to see that reaching higher levels of performance is possible and encourages them to catch up with their colleagues in other cities.
