Christian Yobouet, Technical Manager Autossimo / E-Business Solutions, will talk about the background and objectives of the project, and the importance of good incident management. The aim of the “0 Incidents” project was to optimize the use of New Relic to improve incident management. Prior to the project, the tool was under-utilized, making root cause investigation difficult and slowing down incident resolution. The full deployment of New Relic, combined with the addition of custom events, has reduced investigation time and improved system visibility via dashboards and alerts. This increased team efficiency, fostered collaboration, and brought productivity gains. Lessons learned include the importance of making the most of existing tools and continuously improving processes.
